Met my neighbor literally 2 days ago and now he thinks its okay to stand in my kitchen to watch me cook unprompted, and texts me at 10:50pm to get me over to his house. I’m so uncomfortable. I offered him some chicken I was making and he eats a bite and says “ah this is why I hate chicken” okay lol

I got to do my final walk through before my closing tomorrow, and the old owners left all the windows open and may have either left their important documents and belongings or let a squatter in. I’m a little awestruck. They also didnt leave any furniture as promised, just left trash.
