I guess a few things have changed in the last couple of years!

Jumper 4 is done! It's not quite got the rainbow effect I was hoping for, but I still think it works! I would have finished it sooner but I've been wiped out with the flu for most of this week and barely touched the project. #crochet #handmade #chillstream

I hate the cesspit that FB has become. On my usual scroll this morning I came across a post from the police about a missing 16 year-old girl, with accompanying photo. In the photo she's not wearing makeup and the description notes that she's 6ft tall. So naturally a large number of comments are

There's a fair chance I won't be streaming this weekend. Though I've been looking forward to it, I've got the flu, and I don't know how I'll feel by Sunday.

Starting from 11th October, I will be streaming on twitch (most) Sunday afternoons. It will just be chill, chat, and crafting (unless the mood strikes otherwise!) I will pop a post up again on the day, but if you'd like to give me a follow you can find me here: www.twitch.tv/cascedig

Autumn jumper! it's off the shoulder, comfy, and perfect! #crochet #yarn #yarnsmiths

I've finished my autumnal jumper and I love it! Please imagine it over a plain black dress rather than a patterned one (cba to get changed to try this on!) I wanted this baggy, and while it's not as baggy as desired but it will become baggier as the weeks go by! #crochet #handmade #yarn #yarnsmiths

My wife went to London for work yesterday, and brought me back a little business man with his own laptop. He is sitting on my desk to keep me company while I work from home.

Really hoping to get ahead with this project tonight. Come and join us on twitch.tv/paraddraigo to see how much progress is made

After finishing my jumper last week I had a fair amount of yarn leftover but not really enough to make a whole thing. So I've made 13 small granny squares. My plan is to do the same with any leftover yarn and then when I have enough for a blanket, attach them all together. #crochet #yarn #nowaste

I have crocheted a jumper, it has gone exactly as I planned and is super comfy but I have no idea how to style it! Any suggestions welcome! #crochet #jumper #handmade #yarnsmiths

While playing D&D I like to keep my hands busy so I don't pick up my phone and scroll. Usually I knit or crochet but I had a door that needs a doorstop, so I hand sewed this while we played. I didn't even spill any of the pellets because I used a jug to pour them in! #sewing #dungeonsanddragons

This morning I did a quick job of sewing up the front of a cardigan I made a few months ago. The cardigan was a bit too baggy and kept slipping off so I grabbed some leftover yarn from when I made the cardigan originally and I crochet the front edge together #crochet #yarn

It's September, which means it's Hallowe'en eve and time for coffee in my spooky mug!

We got some shelves/hooks to get the most important part of the kitchen organised - caffeine corner!

What does a crafty person do when they have an old snack tub on their desk for rubbish? They sew it a sleeve of course! I've been using this tub for little bits of rubbish for a while now, and I didn't like they way it looked so I 1/2 #sewing #handmade #crafty

Hot of the hook this evening, a dice bag for one of the members of my D&D game! We usually play online portal version discord but today we did an in-person session and while we played I kept my hands busy making this pouch for our rogue! #crochet #dungeonsanddragons #dicebag #dragonscale

I've just finished this blanket from yarn left over from the previous blanket I made. I had originally wanted to make it all squares but I got a bit bored so I switched it up and did a few different things with it. #yarn #crochet #blanket

We get some pretty bloody lovely sunsets here! It's a shame the picture doesn't do it justice

The two best things to be "in" with another person are: 1. Love 2. Cahoots

To anyone currently getting rain the Greater Manchester area, you can thank @almostordinary.etheric-veil.com for enacting the family curse of it always raining when they organise a BBQ. (Do not be alarmed at the use of a BBQ, it's an electric one - no fire!)

We have a slighly low ceiling on the stairs and some very tall friends and family, so I commissioned my fabulous friend Em (@emvioletart on Instagram) to draw this unfortunate fellow as a warning. I need an equally silly sign for the bathroom, which I may cross stitch, though 1/2

I have lots of leftover yarns, and I need something to pop bits in on my desk at home so I whipped up this little basket yesterday. #crochet #stashbusting #yarn
