A little out of order post for the 1/1400 Enterprise D. I wanted to highlight this area. The kit part is downright atrocious, so I decided to scratch one myself. I believe it's 2mm styrene. Any errors discovered after priming were corrected. #startrek #modelbuilding #scalemodel #scifi

Creating additional masks for the 1400 D. I'm using MaskDesign and Greenstrawberry vinyl masks for this kit, but both exclude the lifeboats and rim windows for both hulls. Adobe Illustrator, calipers, and a Cameo 4 made this pretty easy #StarTrek #ModelMaking #ScaleModel #ModelKit
