What impact do digital technologies have on sexual violence in Singapore? We addressed this primary question in our presentation. Drawing on surveys and interviews conducted with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) students, we shared their experiences of online sexual harms. Besides the prevalence of such harms, as expressed by one participant that sexual violence is "becoming more common online," we explored what research and awareness gaps remain.
