Because the new COVID vaccine is out and someone asked me for a reminder: it's 50mg diphenhydramine 15m before the shot or 20mg cetirizine 2-3 hours before (if you have MCAS add an extra 20mg famotidine + 10mg montelukast (if taking) when you take the others) to avoid feeling like death

7 sep -- 8 months since dragon died. i miss him so much💔 feb i had shingles. ever since complications from them, over & over. still sleeping a lot. is better when mcas is stable (flares -> shingles swell up/itch horribly again) p's sicker too.😢 this year's HARD. but getting better i think?✨

Yeah, cis kids can need gender-affirming care, and often have an easier time getting it than trans kids do, since what they need aligns better with what society tells their parents is reasonable. When I was nine, my breasts grew in so fast it tore the skin. I still have the scars, decades later.

A big ask, no pressure & I know people have better things to do but if about 15-20 people buy this from Blackwell's in the next few hours it's likely I'd have the number 1 & 2 books in their chart & that might be enough to finally persuade an American publisher to get my books out over there...
