I'm so very grateful for PeopleMakeGames giving me a platform to speak about the impact the dismissal from Rockstar has had on my family because it has been profound. We miss our dogs more than anything in the world and would do anything to have them both back. Unfortunately that cannot happen.

Listen to fired Rockstar worker Will Masilane detail how losing his job meant losing the life he had built in Edinburgh, with his girlfriend and his beloved dogs Abby and Lonnie The four of them had made the move to the Scottish capital from Australia two and half years prior.

Extremely excited to share a massive piece I worked very hard on. I talked to FFXIV’s Naoki Yoshida, Warframe’s Rebecca Ford, and ESO’s Nick Giacomini anout what the future of MMORPGs looks like - and how the live service scene has altered that, if at all www.gamesradar.com/games/mmo/ho...

"The desire for a world you can escape to is stronger than ever": How MMORPGs are flourishing in a multiplayer landscape dominated by live-service shooters

The lead developers of Final Fantasy 14, Warframe, and The Elder Scrolls Online take us through the demands and realities of running a successful MMO

I only wrote/published one journalism/games piece this year, if you want to know how stuff is going for your favourite Canadian Sikh game journalist. Even though it was one of the best pieces of writing/criticism/reporting I have ever written/published—this is my current situation. To be honest.

Yugi.

15 years ago, I was an intern researcher working in Whitehall. I have vivid memories of playing Bastion on a PC after work during those days, stealing away to Supergiant's bleak, colourful post apocalypse. What a long, strange trip it's been.

On this day 15 years ago, we launched our first game, Bastion. To everyone who helped the Kid survive the Calamity, thank you!!🙏 You're the reason we've been able to carry on as an independent studio ever since.

Proper story's supposed to start at the beginning. Ain't so simple with this one.
