It's so sad how many would-be-fun little tech things are just full of ulterior bullshit. I saw coffee mugs with dogs & cats printed on them, with a QR code you can scan with your phone every day for a different fun dog/cat fact. It's essentially just regular returning website traffic for ad revenue.
Tob's in that rowdy teenage boy kitten phase right now and he doesn't want to be held and snuggled so much lately. He just wants to play. Only snuggles when it's bedtime, after he's done attacking my feet. He's really pretty though. His fluff is filling in v nicely & his whiskers are huge.

I don't like my computer any more. I just want to read books. Actual physical paper books. They don't force me to see ads, no clickbait, no engagement farming, no insufferable influencer vocabularies, everything written before 2022 has NO AI, and I can read all of them for FREE with my library card.
