My HRT plan currently is to go back to sublingual doses of my estrogen and get my provider to double or even quadruple my anti-androgen dosage. Testosterone is blocking my body from expressing itself and my body should be blocking testosterone instead. My estrogen level will probably go up.
My best friend and I used to get such a thrill reading Dave Marsh’s capsule reviews in THE ROLLING STONE RECORD GUIDE. He could be really scathing at times, or a champion of some bands and musicians (the Boss comes to mind), he could make you laugh or piss you off. But always entertaining.
I’ll be skipping the STRANGE NEW WORLDS Muppet episode for reasons.
Vastly superior and way more stylish than RED DRAGON.

If I could meet anyone in comics I think it would be Peter Gallagher from the current Heathcliff newspaper comics. They are utterly inscrutable to me. He is a surrealist. I must know his mind

I felt that STRANGE NEW WORLDS was a throwback to those gimmick episodes of the original series where they went to Roman planet or gangster planet. Those episodes were hardly better than VOYAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA. The trick this time was to make it sci fi plausible to be also B&W.
It's something I've definitely complained about before. Why aren't we getting Star Trek stories pertinent to climate change, immigration, biodiversity, vaccinations, authoritarianism, AI, personal data privacy, misinformation, hate speech, shootings, corruption, wealth inequality, extinctions…

The Avengers Doomsday trailer seems made specifically as a trailer rather than cut from a movie. I think they do plan these event movies to have moments now that work as short marketing clips. It’s effective for those types of movies where spectacle and sensation matter more than story.
Blood tests show 112 estradiol, on the low end of the ideal feminizing range, but 257 testosterone, which is way too high. It’s barely below the standard dude range. That’s because we reduced my Spironolactone dose to just 50 mg a day when my kidney results came back skewed in April.

I’m watching the original Colombo series in order and the episode with Martin Landau as twins was stellar. And in a better world, Dabney Coleman’s gum-chewing police detective would’ve gotten his own series. Legit gave “genuine police officer in the 70s” vibes. Just stellar.
