My favorite billboard campaign is the man marrying his basset hound.
I've been loving #bloomscrolling posts, so here's mine. Queen Lime Blush zinnias for my wife (who loves green flowers). They have almost impossibly perfect petals. and after a late start, the butterflies have finally arrived. 🌸🦋

I almost got some work done today but went to the pool instead 🌞
New Yorkers had to subsidize the $117 million that the NYPD paid out for misconduct lawsuits in 2025 alone, even though most of them were never personally abused by a cop. Where's your worried op-ed on that one?
Opinion: Mamdani's idea may sound appealing, but it's NYC taxpayers who will take the hit, subsidizing discounts they may never even use.

I've barely promoted my work this year. Social media felt like a performance and I needed distance -- and school and family filled the space. But I posted an Etsy link last week and I got the immediate reminder (*cha-ching!*) that Etsy rewards shops that drive their own traffic. So... ☹️☹️☹️☹️🙈
The Sophie Cunningham inspired hate rally against Trans kids today at Target Center really shows how lucky we have been to have Cheryl Reeve representing the Lynx and our state. She’s truly a model for using your platform for good.

I keep coming back to this Baldwin quote (whose birthday is today) because it refuses exceptions. The children are always ours. Not only the ones who look like us or act the way we want or live near us. All of them.
In the face of glaring social collapse, it is probably important to remind folks that *institutional courage* is an antidote. *Public goods and services* are an antidote. *Shared success* is an antidote.
I cannot fully explain this sticker. I can tell you it's on Etsy. catrocketship.etsy.com/listing/4341...

Some avocados are female in the morning and male in the afternoon, while others are on the opposite schedule. This helps them avoid self-pollination. How do they do it? A @ucdavis.bsky.social study explains. www.ucdavis.edu/food/news/st...
