SDCC 2006: Saw Chris Sanders giving a portfolio review and begged him to look at mine. Out of the 10 reviews I'd received that con, only Chris actually took the time to really look, find one fault and one strength and then give me actionable advice to improve my cartooning. I'll never forget that.

Feels like I’m going insane seeing alerts/news stories about the hazardous air quality that don’t even mention masks or say things like “do a little less yard work :)”. Bestie, the air is TOXIC. Any time outside is HARMFUL. The guidance should be 1) stay inside 2) if you can’t stay in, wear a mask.

I just want to know how you can "appreciate" Superior Foes of Spiderman for 20 minutes without even once talking about Nick and/or Steve! The only reason there's anything to appreciate in that book is because of the work they put into it.

Tiny gripe: Got sent a 20 minute youtube video, a long appreciation of a comic series I drew: "Superior Foes of Spider-man." 51K views! The video is made of screenshots, mostly Nick's writing & my art, and not once in those 20 minutes is there any mention of who wrote or drew the comic. Wild.

just to add my voice to the chorus, it's a wild decision to run for office with a whole Paris catacombs in your closet, and it's very easy to see why people lose faith in this system and don't want to vote for a party whose best offer in any type of race is a "please don't mind the nazi tattoo" guy.
