Title: Baby's First Colonoscopy Narration: The first step is the most well-known: The prep! Honestly the worst part of the whole thing in my opinion. Image: A tiny Cat lounges in a 16 oz container. Narration: -A few days before, you'll start a low fiber diet. Fibrous foods can stick to the inside of your colon. -The day before, you'll be limited t clear liquids only. -The evening before, you'll begin taking your "prep." This is a laxative, usually mixed with a powder or liquid. You'll also be asked to drink extra fluids to help flush you out!
