Old news I assume, but as of mid-Sept 2026, the House of Representatives has been in session for approximately 72 days this year. The norm is 135 to 162. Recently, it was reported 54%+ of Americans get NO vacation. So we’re paying the House because…? Oh I know, they’re mostly millionaires. SMH.
