Today Microsoft moved all its GitHub copilot subscribers to token-based billing. If you want to see what happens when people have to pay the actual costs of AI, the day is finally here. It's obvious that every customer sees the deep, meaningful value and isn't angry at all.

I’m hearing a lot of questions in the tech space lately about how to make customers trust AI and agents Tbh I think coming in with: “adopt AI or die” “we stole this data so what” “who cares about the data center energy consumption” framings kinda nuked a lot of trust opportunities.
