I love capturing those moments where London Underground trains line up perfectly with station posters. With a little patience and a bit of luck, you can end up with some wonderfully amusing and unexpected shots.
I am very sorry to report that Bill Oddie has died. Absolutely brilliantly funny as one of "The Goodies." Loved watching them in the 70s. Also known for his work in wildlife, especially birds. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

More very sad news. Kevin Keegan (left) has passed away from cancer at the age of 75. He made his reputation at Liverpool, and in Germany, but I remember him best as a player and captain of the Newcastle United team that got promotion to the (then) First Division in 1984. At that time I was a student at Cambridge and member of the local branch of the NUFC Supporters' Club so I got to see him play quite a few times.

The US built the greatest talent magnet ever, attracting the smart, skilled, and striving. They’d come to study, then stay and build things here, or leave with positive impressions and fruitful connections. Helped make the US wealthy and powerful. Then America chose to throw it away. And for what?

I'm consumed be "externalities" that private companies quietly distribute across humanity for profit while preaching narratives about "progress". Add in "Shifting Baseline Syndrome" and most people don't notice what's happening until it is too late. Some underlying verifiable facts 👇 ✨🔭🧪
I am once again begging Hollywood to stop using the Greek alphabet for an Ancient World movie, if they can't afford to even throw a couple of quid at anyone with an inkling of the language. Unless they really think audiences are dying to see THS THDPSSSSPS
