We went up to the attic and (after pausing halfway up to make sure: "Wait, are there bats up here?") his eyes got huge: "This is where I can shoot my Youtube videos" That's when I knew I made the right choice to buy closer to family, farther from work

Alabama gives you a temp paper driver's license and mails you the plastic card that's printed off-site at a central location, and yet somehow this card feels & looks super cheap and kinda fake lol, much worse quality than Louisiana & Mississippi cards printed right there for you on site 🤷🏻♀️

I was expecting inefficiency, but instead I got homestead exemption filed and address changed on driver's license & car tag all at the same county courthouse in about 20 minutes at 8AM this morning, 3 different offices. That's what I like to see.
