🚨New paper from our Behavioral Insights Team🚨: we randomized patients without activated patient portals who had new lab results to receive one of two emails emphasizing a key portal feature—immediate access to results—or to no contact beyond usual system efforts to encourage enrollment.

At Geisinger we have created a new team to conduct and publish rigorous evaluations of important health system initiatives, programs, and interventions. I'm one of the faculty co-directors of this group and I'm happy to say we have two new positions open! (1/2)
