In Cepeda's concession speech, he criticizes Espriella's campaign, and repeats accusations of vote-buying (almost certainly true. Char clan) but accepts results as legitimate (also almost certainly true) Doesnt mention Petro's accusations of fraud at all

hello?!? @democracynow.org the official results are not in. There are very serious signs that the count is off. There is a recount happening that may well tip the balance. This is dangerous and seriously disappointing misreporting.
