The Federal Court has today ruled that Australian citizen Dan Duggan will be extradited to the United States, where he faces up to 65 years in prison for conduct that wasn’t even an offence under Australian law. It's deeply distressing news for so many.

Being "deeply concerned" about the massacre in Lebanon doesn't cut it. Sanctioning Israel is what we should be doing. Is the Albanese government waiting for permission from someone?

Australia could take the lead here and, given our close relationship to the US, the world would listen. Starting with shutting our airspace to the US military, removing troops embedded in the US military and stopping US bases here being part of war crimes.
