Today I learned that the NHS has "cycle responders" who are paramedics. One of my wife's coworkers was recently treated by one after collapsing in London. The bike, not surprisingly, responded much faster than the ambulance. Really cool! www.londonambulance.nhs.uk/calling-us/w...
