She's wearing some bunny ears today. Aselia doesn't celebrate Easter, but she's heard it's a popular one anyway. Besides, bunny ears seem neat! They don't help with her balance, but they make people smile!
She's still having fun regardless, flailing arms or no. "Oh, I could probably do a real flying squat actually." Better not, she might end up doing a somersault in the air instead! She gives him an energetic, charming smile. Taking a moment to watch how he does it. "Balance, not liftoff.
Look, there's some sort of trend about showing off your chest. She wouldn't, but c'mon, she's an ironing board anyway.
She's not sure what a Dio is, but it sounded like praise to her! "Thank you!"
"So they're a work out?" She was a bit unfamiliar with work out techniques, but clearly if it made someone's legs start screaming, then it must mean that it's for working out. "Sure! I think it'd be fun to try something new. So I go down like this..." She squats down, "and then...swing my arms
"Center..." She dusts herself off, and gives a determined expression! She was going to do it this time! Down, then arms swing forward...and then use that momentum to get back up again! She did it!

Her core? Well, she could give that a shot. Down to her knees again...then a swing of her arms, and... oh no she fell again. The follow through wasn't there this time.
"Hehe! I'm a-ok!" She takes the hand, pulling herself back up with a big smile on her face. "I thought it looked fun, I didn't realize how hard it was to do them repeatedly."
Inspired to join the squatting competition, Colette attempts it! She falls on her butt on the first squat. Dang.
