Since we're all talking AI tools again, here's my lived experience: I work with coders who use AI to help write code, and their AI has been pretty well trained to write it the way *they* write code. It makes it pretty easy for them to test and debug. But they *know* how to and still do write code.

I love the owner of my local diner because most of the time he uses their social media to post about specials and celebrate milestones and then sometimes he just posts a picture of a corvette. Not one he owns, but just one he thinks is cool.

One thing I love about myself as a writer is I can pump out like 5000 words in a day that feel pretty solidly written. One thing I hate about myself as a writer is that this happens about once every six months for only a few days at a time.

I do not care about right wing chuds. I don’t want to know what they’re angry about. I don’t want to hear about what they’re saying or thinking or even doing, honestly, unless it’s trying to hurt someone in my neighborhood. Stop telling me what they think about something. I don’t care!
