a collage of two screenshots. the first one is from episode 3 of ranma 1/2 (2024) season 3. it’s a scene in which a mermaid (akane) with short, dark hair and a pink tail is sitting on a rock by the ocean. the second one is from episode 12 of ranma 1/2 (2024) season 1. it is a scene in which a mermaid (ranma) with braided red hair and a teal tail, winks her right eye while swimming in the depths of the sea.

Post a character who does NOT deserve the hate they get! I know she sold her soul to Ursula. But keep in mind she’s a teenager. We did stupid stuff when we were young and in love.

Is it just me, or have they gotten way better at emulating Rumiko Takahashi's art style and expressions in this season? Because if you told me Takahashi drew this, I would fucking believe you. #Ranma1/2 #Ranma

Peter Browngardt, the creator of Uncle Grandpa and writer/director of The Day the Earth Blew Up has a new post worth sharing here since he doesn’t have a Bluesky account:

Peter Browngardt posts a drawing of Uncle Grandpa putting a revolver in his mouth, then replying to himself with “Another merger…”
