I've been trying to convince my investigation/puzzler friends that I swear I'm not as biased as I look when I say Desktop Explorer is an absolute banger in the genre. They're at almost 1300 reviews while maintaining Overwhelmingly Positive. I wish I could erase my memory and play it again fresh.

Finally "beat" Blue Prince. My opinion of it went from "I'm frustrated" to "I AM IN THE MATRIX" to "manufactured difficulty isn't fun" The price was easily worth the 80+ hours I played to finish every puzzle (AFAIK). I give it a solid 7.5/10. I wish I had ended the game on a bigger high note.
A reminder that the grifter tourists in games make money off your outrage clicks. Sharing their every thought, even if it’s to mock gets them attention clicks and also enables them to get paid off your anger.

The Roottrees are Dead is incredible. 10/10 I want to start coining the term Dinn-like because that’s absolutely what this is and it’s done in such a tasteful way that makes the experience completely unique. Plus there are charming Easter eggs, additional content, and games in the game 🤯
