Alex Bregman has been taken to a hospital in Cincinnati to undergo testing. He was hit by the foul ball on his left cheek bone, which resulted in a cut and bloody nose. Counsell said Bregman’s cheek is pretty swollen and that the Cubs are hoping for the best.
