God I love writing. I love being able to (gestures vaguely) do that I love spending years foreshadowing a pivotal event. I live for those moments when I get to pull the thread that unravels the tapestry. And it's gonna keep happening!
It's staggering to think I'm basically guaranteed to complete The Spindles of Spacetime now. All chapters (except the epilogues) are now fully drafted. It's taken me 13 years to get here. I'm doing this for my younger self.

HUGE DAY FOR ME...as of 15 minutes ago, The Spindles of Spacetime has FINALLY dethroned Of the Dragon, of the Stars as my longest written work OTDOTS has held that title since 2013, with 286k words. Unlike OTDOTS, Spindles is still in progress (about 60% done) and will continue to extend its lead.

I started learning GameMaker a few days ago and built an engine that parses dialogue lines into a branched VN-style cutscene. it's all placeholder assets rn but I'm having an absolute blast ft characters from a secret new project 🤫
