Somehow we've reached a point where only negativity is considered sincere. Sincerely being happy for people, or excited about things, or grateful for your industry peers - it's not accepted anymore. It's become entirely Us vs. Them, and your position shifts based on how much negativity you bring.

we're having our first snow of the season in Vienna so naturally we headed out for an extensive walk, after which Snoopy chose to warm up with a nap on my lap ❄️🐺 10/10 can recommend (apart from my leg slowly dying from holding him up 😅)

Now that Astrobot won GOTY can we please end the "No 3D platformers" thing publishers have going on as a blanket rule at the moment? It's the "blanket rule" thing that bothers me. Publishing sounds like a AAA boardroom when they collectively have rules like that.

I feel like videogames actually do provide a pretty accurate representation of real life right now because a lot of videogames are like “THE WORLD IS ENDING” and then you just collect herbs and pretend nothing is wrong

Just watched „The Remarkable Life of Ibelin“ on Netflix - what a truly incredible testament to how games are able to just tear through barriers and can touch the hearts of any and every one! Get tissues ready before watching tho, it’s an intense emotional rollercoaster ❤️🥹

I recently noticed that there is a queer museum somewhat near so I attended a tour there on the weekend with some friends - to the surprise of absolutely no one it's run by the nicest people and I wholeheartedly recommend checking out their current exhibition! :)
