The Chedoke Golf Course Lands Review is an opportunity to rethink a major civic greenspace in Hamilton. Civicplan is a partner in the Rethinking Chedoke Creek project which proposed a big idea for this space – Daylighting the buried creek and transforming the area with trails and amenities.
School is back & with it a reminder that if you want to build effective pedestrian friendly streets, build them for students. Civicplan is proud to be a part of the Daily School Route, an innovative initiative that is helping shift the conversation about active transportation & neighbourhood design.

The local park is an important centrepiece of a neighbourhood. It’s a place to play, exercise, relax and recharge. That’s why redesigning a local park is an important community building process. This includes ensuring the community sees how their input is shaping the park redesign.
