Really pleased to see this out now in Chem. Sci.! We can selectively block the interaction between mutant #KRAS protein (25% of tumours) and its partner RAF using the tools of supramolecular chemistry, DNA synthesis, cell sorting, and mass spec. pubs.rsc.org/en/content/a...
