Wow that was quick. So under Trump, the US is not only clearly unwilling to honor Article 5 in case of war, it also shows a total lack of concern for military readiness for such an event. Russia will surely have taken note, but I am less sure about European capitals.

At one point she notes that AfD, the German political party that Musk supports, has "real neo-Nazis." Musk literally just shrugs.

Germany supports war on Lebanon to combat non-state armed actors, but blocks even the mildest measures to hold Israel accountable for its army openly collaborating with non-state armed actors in a campaign of ethnic cleansing. Genuinely drives me up the wall.

I don’t know anything about this survey and its merits, but metaphorically speaking, world public opinion towards the USA being stuck between Iraq and Iran kinda checks out these days.

I think Trump's recurring interventions about how negotiations are proceeding would make it really difficult for him to dissociate himself from the outcome of that process. He even had the G7 leaders praise him for it in the Evian statement. But I don't think he needs a fall guy for the deal.
