When I say that folks need to give adult creations their flowers before it is too late, this is the kinda shit I'm talking about. I can barely monetize my work anywhere anymore but people can steal my art from said adult series and still get ad revenue for it. Awful.

It's so weird to see people pretend that news orgs and publishers haven't hated the Internet Archive and the Wayback Machine since even before LLMs and have been doing everything in their power to destroy it for many years.

Corvids are extremely intelligent and they have excellent taste.

Just seen that some of my mutuals are following this slop account that uses "AI journalists" to scrape and repackage retro gaming news - a fact that is not apparent unless you dig deeper into the site.

We're at the stage of the AI grift where major companies like Epic are openly using it... but aren't calling it "generative AI" because they know the majority hates it. They use euphemisms like "emerging technologies" now; be on the lookout for those, and call them out for what it actually is.
I think the problem is that cis people don't get how deranged transphobes are because all of their actual positions get spoken about entirely in euphemism by a political and journalistic class who share their goals but launder it through vaguespeak like "concerns" that never repeat the actual bile
