This old Spanish fort in the center of Puerto Princesa on Palawan was the site of one of the most notorious war crimes committed during WW2 - the mass immolation of American POWs by their Japanese captors to prevent them from being liberated in December 1944.
I’ve never heard of such a thing: 1. District courts are saying due process demands this 2. three-judge appellate panel says that yes it does 3. Full appellate court says we’ll rehear the case 4. Full court says actually no, and also district courts need to stop doing stuff

A distinction between anti-Zionism and antisemitism is ultimately meaningless when you run up to any Jews you see and demand to know their thoughts on Israel or scream "Free Palestine" at them. You're still targeting Jews for being Jews and making them feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

The Big Horn Correctional Facility 30 miles from Denver is a 1,200 bed facility owned by a Chicago-based Real Estate firm that also owns apartment complexes in Denver expected to make $85 million the 1st year
