Amid the latest AI hate posting, I think it might be useful to clarify which AI people are actually against. Because artificial intelligence has been around for DECADES. The current generative AI used in chat bots like Claude is very different from analytical AI.
So I have moved the air purifier from the window to next to my desk and bed. Oddly, it began to work better away from the window. The outdoor air quality is pretty bad still, but indoors is better than it was. Thankfully, I bought an AQI sensor a couple of summers ago.

Covfefe: 5. I don't drink it now, but when I did. It had to be 65/35 coffee/creamer. To-ast: 3 preferred. 4 acceptable. Ste-ak: 3-5 are acceptable. I prefer somewhere between 3 and 4. Pink but not dried out. The closer we get to 5, the more I am going to need some A1 or Heinz 57.

Not to mention that we have been living in "unprecedented times" for our entire adult lives beginning with the attacks on September 11, 2001. That's a lot of cortisol and other things pumping through our veins for 25 years or more. Eventually, our bodies shut down under that kind of stress.

I think the downfall of Amazon might be that they simply cannot fulfill their deliveries due to the current issues in the Middle East and economy globally. The past two of my orders have been late in arriving.
I just listened to both Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg speak at the National Urban League Conference last Friday. It is very early yet, but I would happily vote for Harris/Buttigieg 2028.

Bought these dried flowers on Tuesday. They are replacing the blue hydrangeas from last week. I don’t know when I became the flower guy, but I’m enjoying it.
As of today, I’ve officially lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks. While it may not work for everyone, caloric deficit and movement have been what worked for me.
