Cogs and Oil - A Steampunk Series
@cogsandoil.bsky.social
An ex military commander helps an asylum patient inventor to escape with the promise of mutual gain — world domination. A steampunk story about villains and their shenanigans. Created by @skylarsunday (🔞) ADULT SERIES! #cogsandoil
It’s almost over, but happy bi visibility to the eccentric inventor and former asylum inmate—er I mean patient— Saturnina Lilith Ackerman! One of the main characters in @cogsandoil.bsky.social #cogsandoil #steampunk #oc #ocart #ocsky #originalcharacters
Portraits for our first three heroes— er, villains. Though Bolts is more chaotic neutral I’d argue. From left to right; Saturnina Ackerman, Samuel Miguel III, and Bolts. #steampunk #cogsandoil #originalcharacters #ocart #indiecomics
One of my favorites from my collection! Unfortunately I have no date or info about who she was.

I was doing expression practice with Saturnina, no idea what happened to the asylum one that it got wobbly, but other than that I like the diversity. Samuel will be next. Oh yeah there’s blood in Cogs and Oil. Feel it’s important to mention that. #cogsandoil @cogsandoil.bsky.social
I wanted to make some of these a surprise but… Samuel in progress, with some minor changes to his design by request. And you know what? I think this helps with showing he’s a villain a lot better haha. What do you think? @cogsandoil.bsky.social #ocsky #originalcharacters #cogsandoil
I’m gonna do this for a couple of my OCs but let’s start with Saturnina, the inventor villain who works with Samuel. #cogsandoil #steampunk
I miss them so bad, I really hate how rare their music is to find now that they disbanded. 💔 One-Eyed Doll are truly one of my faves to see. youtu.be/kf1uI5ZCyAM?...

Show off your OC’s pride flags! I have several but I’ll specifically highlight the main duo. And yes I used their old Pride art, I feel like it’s appropriate.

I'm trying to stave off despair and I think I need to start posting a song daily. I have enough released songs to cover the rest of the year. Let's start with "The Direction We Face," which opens my latest original album IF YOUR RAGE CAN'T BE BEAUTIFUL. unwoman.bandcamp.com/track/the-di...

This is to me and only me about my own writing, but why tf did I not think of a steampunk spaceship before??? In my sci-fi story no less.
Picture this okay. I was scrolling on my phone. And I stumble on an ad. Alright ? It's an ad for a nightgown with tank top straps. Nothing too bad ! Until I saw who's portrait was on the nightgown. It was SIGMUND FREUD ???
Cogs and Oil is an original series focusing on the adventures of an insane asylum escapee and an ex military commander trying to take over the world. Unfortunately they do not get along and chaos ensues. Then there's a princess who is intent on killing them. #steampunk
