Today was quite a day. We celebrated God’s gift of diversity at Pentecost. We voted to proceed on a new project for starter homes. We celebrated community and welcomed all into a space of peace and belonging at our block party. Maybe this is what Pentecost is all about.
Community is built block by block. Join us with a variety of community groups in free fun for everyone including free popcorn and ice cream sandwiches. Concert by the Beeline Community Concert Band.

“DOGE is saving us so much money!” and “we must raise taxes on middle class, decrease social services, and increase the budget NOW” don’t exactly hang together.
One painting from yesterday’s painting table. The creator didn’t know what she was feeling at the start, but just picked a color and went to work. On reflecting on it afterwords she realized she still had hope. The Painting Table is every Tuesday at 11:00 am. All are welcome.
We know that these days are emotionally wearying. We invite you to join us on Tuesdays, 11 am at the Painting Table. No artistic skill necessary. Free and open to all.
This is just the pregame show! We’re prepping for the Souper Bowl of Caring tomorrow. Our goal is 1,000 lbs of canned/dried goods for the Food Bank. Which team will win? We’ll know Monday. But when we all tackle hunger, we all win!
