The licensing board approved the sale of their liquor license a couple weeks ago - to the group that runs Grill 23, which will open a place called Bar 23 on Fan Pier Blvd. in the Seaport, where they plan a similar but more casual menu - you'll be able to follow your steak with a hot-fudge sundae.
