Team Boyle was out in full strength for this year's National Night Out, which connects law enforcement and first responders with their communities. Every day, I'm thankful for the dedicated men and women who keep our communities safe.

There is nothing partisan about funding health research, but the Trump administration is trying to stop it. I'm fighting back. These grants help our most vulnerable and bring good-paying jobs to Philadelphia. That's exactly what the federal government should be doing.

America is strongest when people bring the best of their heritage into our shared national life. It was an honor to speak at the Order of AHEPA's Grand Banquet and celebrate the rich history and contributions of Greek Americans to Philadelphia and the United States.

Americans despise Trump’s economy — and it’s entirely his fault. He passed trillions in tax breaks for the ultra-rich while cutting health care for millions of Americans. Working families know Trump doesn't care one bit about them.

Americans are right to be fed up with Trump's economy. Prices are out of control, and taxpayer dollars are being wasted on a war in Iran and tax breaks for billionaires. Republicans in Washington have enabled this disaster every step of the way.

Every day there is a new headline about how Trump and Republicans in Washington are making life more expensive for Americans. They can always find the money to pass tax giveaways for billionaires, but never to give the American people health care.

Republicans refused to extend Affordable Care Act tax credits and cut health care for millions of Americans — all so billionaires could get more tax giveaways. Now, ERs are filling up, Americans are deferring care, and our hospitals are being strained. www.nytimes.com/2026/07/30/b...

For over half a century, Medicare and Medicaid have ensured that Americans can live with dignity and get the care they need. While some in Washington want to take that dignity away, I will keep leading the fight to protect health care for every American.

Americans continue to pay the price for Trump's disastrous Iran war. Prices are too high and now our economic growth is slowing. Donald Trump continues to ignore the warning signs - because he simply doesn't care if he hurts working families. www.nytimes.com/2026/07/30/b...

Americans have paid over $3,500 more due to inflation since President Trump took office, but he obviously doesn't care. Instead, he's spending your tax money on his forever war in Iran and giveaways to billionaires.

"Donald Trump admitted exactly where his priorities lie: He says we can't afford Medicaid or Medicare because 'we're fighting wars.'" Ranking Member @congressmanboyle.bsky.social on today's PCE inflation data:

Boyle Statement on
June 2026 PCE
Inflation Data
Donald Trump admitted exactly where his priorities lie: He says we can't afford Medicaid or Medicare because 'we're fighting wars.' Trump has ripped health care away from millions of Americans and driven up prices with his tariff taxes.
Now, his latest budget wastes more taxpayer dollars on an Iran war that is making families pay more for gasoline, energy, and other essentials. Americans deserve better than Trump's disastrous economic record.

President Trump promised to lower costs on "day one," but American families have already paid $3,500 more due to inflation since he took office. If he cared at all about working people, he would end his tariff taxes and his reckless Iran war.

"American families need help, but all President Trump has done is raise their costs." Ranking Member @congressmanboyle.bsky.social on the Fed's interest rate decision today:

Boyle Statement on July
2026 Fed Interest Rate
Decision
American families have now paid over $3,500 more due to inflation under Donald Trump. His tariff taxes, his health care cuts, and his disastrous Iran war are all making life harder for working people.
Instead of reversing course, Trump and Republicans are doubling down with new tariffs and a budget that wastes tens of billions of dollars on the Iran war. American families need help, but all President Trump has done is raise their costs.

Gas prices are out of control. My Gas Price Relief Act suspends the federal gas tax when the national average is over $4 a gallon — and makes up lost funding to the Highway Trust Fund by redirecting giveaways for oil and gas companies. It's a commonsense way to help Americans.

Honored to be recognized by First Focus Campaign for Children as a Champion for Children. America is at its best when we're making life better for our children. That's why I've championed bills like the Hands Off Medicaid and SNAP Act, which protect our nation's most vulnerable.

Trump's Iran war is the most unpopular war in American history. Trump's recklessness has cost American lives and driven up prices at home. And after many months, he still doesn't have a strategy or exit plan. I once again voted to end this war.

If you ask anyone what Congress should be doing with a new budget, they'd say bringing down the cost of living. This Republican budget doesn't even try. It just spends even more money on Trump's Iran war. I'll keep leading the fight to stop this America Last budget.

"Donald Trump promised to make life more affordable, but his failed policies have only driven costs higher for working families." Ranking Member @congressmanboyle.bsky.social on House passage of Republicans' America Last budget:

Boyle Statement on House Passage of Republicans'
"America Last" Budget
Today, House Republicans passed yet another budget that puts the American people last. Instead of lowering the cost of groceries, gas, housing, or health care, this budget adds almost $100 billion to the national debt to bankroll the most unpopular war in American history.
Donald Trump promised to make life more affordable, but his failed policies have only driven costs higher for working families. I was proud to vote no, and I will continue to lead the fight against this extreme Republican agenda while fighting for policies that lower costs and improve the lives of the American people.

The fact is, American families have already paid $3,100 due to inflation under Trump and Republicans. But instead of helping working families, Republicans' latest budget wastes tens of billions of your tax dollars on Trump's disastrous Iran war.

Congress should be focused on lowering costs for health care, groceries, housing, and other needs. But instead, Republicans want to spend tens of billions of dollars on Trump's new forever war in Iran. I'm proud to lead the fight against this America Last agenda.

Republicans are spending billions of your tax dollars on Trump's Iran war and trillions on tax breaks for billionaires. But they won't spend a dime to make your life easier. Their America Last budget does nothing to lower costs. I'm a HELL NO.

Philadelphia knows how to throw a party — the World Cup, America's 250th, and countless other events this year proved that to the world. We should keep setting our sights high and bring the World Cup back as soon as possible.

Trump and Republicans want you to think America can't afford to lower costs or provide health care for working families. But they always seem to find money to fund endless wars. I won't stop fighting Republicans' America Last budget.

"Donald Trump and Republicans keep telling us America cannot afford to lower the cost of health care, food, housing, or energy for working families." Ranking Member @congressmanboyle.bsky.social on Budget Republicans advancing their "America Last" budget:

Boyle Statement on House
Budget Republicans Advancing the "America Last" Budget
Donald Trump and Republicans keep telling us America cannot afford to lower the cost of health care, food, housing, or energy for working families. Yet today, House Budget Republicans voted to add nearly $100 billion to the deficit, largely to bankroll the most unpopular war in American history.
Trump's disastrous war in Iran is driving up gas prices, while Republicans' so-called 'Big Beautiful Bill' is ripping health care and food assistance away from millions of Americans. Despite the damage their agenda has already caused, Republicans rejected commonsense Democratic amendments to lower costs, protect working families, and put the American people first.
I will continue fighting this 'America Last' budget, which puts endless foreign wars ahead of working families here at home.
