Congress never approved missiles priced like that, nor did the Pentagon disclose such performance to oversight bodies.
Since the Tomahawk hasn't been redesigned since used in Nigeria, I think we can assume the failure rate is the same. So Trump may have fired a lot of very costly "duds" into Iran. But Hegseth seems to think the answer is testosterone injections instead. www.thecoffmanchronicle.com/p/us-militar...

Reportedly with AS-13 KINGBOLT (Kh-59) or AS-22 KAZOO (Kh-69) air-launched cruise missiles.
Putin's lame Navy Day celebration involved having a bunch of sailors stand in front of a billboard depicting a Russian Submarine. Whats left of a big portion of Russia's Navy is hiding in ports under drone nets far from Ukraine, and they generally don't go to the sea for fear of loss.
