To add to this: Look at other people's work flow/processes/etc and try them!! Take what works, discard what doesn't. Be curious and flexible in figuring out how you work best!!

Experiment and play around, but avoid value judgements when comparing yourself to others. You only cause yourself grief trying to be other people.
