I did the Ironman Oregon - 70.3 today. This was a huge stamp to all the work I’ve quietly been putting in over the past several months. Lost 30 pounds and starting running and cycling a lot more. So proud of this achievement and so happy I got to experience it with several friends 💛💛💛

Insane people will pay $20 for alfredo sauce. Here is a 5 minute alfredo recipe: 1. melt butter 2. add pasta water and milk/cream and bring to a rapid simmer, stirring constantly for a couple minutes 4. take off heat, stir in grated parmesan cheese 5. toss with pasta this is not worth $20
