I can imagine how that would go in America: 1) They wouldn't fix the rails we have today, so the panels wouldn't even sit flat. 2) They'd be covered in soot after a week because most of our trains are diesel powered and dirty AF. 3) Within 2 weeks, every panel will be broken or stolen.

There's no such thing as a "liberal socialist". These are diametrically opposed terms. Liberals are pro-exploitation. Socialists are anti-exploitation. The only possible meaning that term could have is "I want free shit." Liberals don't know what socialism is. It's not "free shit".
It's worth remembering that Democrats have already rehabilitated W Bush so you can totally ignore Bob's post. W did nothing wrong because Democrats didn't put him and Cheney in prison, then elevated W when he spoke out about Trump. So don't bring up the past about W. He's with the libs now.
