We're most of the way through season 2 and Paco and Larry have started associating the star trek end credits with dinner time. When the outro music starts they both jump up and start meowing and running around

Good news. Prices on single cask independent bottles of Laphroaig are suddenly cheaper than official bottlings, and you can get them cask strength with none of the e150 coloring This 13yo from Old Particular is Laphroaig style smokey, smooth, and surprisingly sweet with flavors of vanilla and anise

I know that's what it's for, but everytime I wash and disinfect the cat fountain and then somebody instantly comes and sticks their nose and paws in the water afterwards I feel like they should have waited a bit

I celebrated a personal win by getting a cask strength Laphroaig from a heavy toast virgin french oak cask. Very good... lots of coffee flavor, and even more smoke than unusual. I'm trying not to drink it too fast Should be fun to try along with this june's Laphroaig french oak cairdeas release

Got a bottle of Laphroaig CS batch 7 and have been trying it side by side with other batches. I've been wanting to taste this one based on the reviews It's very good! For me it's not quite up there with my two favorite batches, 11 and 12, but is probably on my next tier down like the 16 and 17

Paco and Larry seemed annoyed that I had Trump's press conference on earlier so I turned it off out of respect for them. They have good taste and hate the sound of his voice

Since the tariffs were paid by the American people so that billionaires could have their taxes cut again, the correct way to fix this is to redistribute the wealth of the billionaires to the rest of the country

I've been thinking this for awhile. I love my fellow lefties but there are some real reactionary attitudes towards AI and also crypto Just because a lot of AI hype and implementation is BS and a lot of crypto scams are BS.... It's not all BS. There are effective uses for these things so look out

I understand why people are exhausted by AI hype, and why those of us squarely in the corner of "human dignity uber alles" see AI doomerism as self-serving hype, but I *really* think people on the left broadly need to start thinking seriously about the possibiltiy of the hype being...true.

I once had a job dealing with court documents. Many times I saw cops sound totally full of crap saying what they did was "based on my training and experience." Seeing that common cop legal BS language here on an attempt to steal elections is even more annoying and insulting

BREAKING: The supporting affidavit for the warrant to search Fulton County election records has been unsealed. Read it via @lawfaremedia.org: www.documentcloud.org/documents/26...

One of the things about the epstein emails that I dont understand is that our government bothered to print and then turn around and scan to pdf all of these. There's a quicker way to save documents actually

Just got an email from the lady who ran an Indian food delivery service in my town during the covid lockdown. She is starting up again! This is the best news I've had in awhile It's probably good that she only operates for a couple meals per week so I don't overdo it
