Missouri voters reject Amendment 4. The Republican-backed measure, designed to make it far harder for citizen initiatives (like abortion rights, marijuana, etc.) to pass by requiring majorities in all 8 congressional districts, has failed. Simple statewide majority rule stays.

He animated the sequence by himself for more than four months -- without computers or even an easy way to check his work. In the mid-20th century, auto and oil interests bought up electric streetcar systems across the US and systematically replaced them with bus routes and paved roads, funneling commuters toward private cars.
