Ive gotten like 21 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours and honestly thats like what I normally get in 4 or 5 days. I feel alive and less buzzy. I have no idea what changed but Im not arguing with it. Ive spent most of the last ten years in some varying state of sleep deprivation so this is nice.
