At Lough Boora in Co. Offaly yesterday w/ @cyclingwithoutage.bsky.social and honestly, what a beautiful initiative. It’s such a simple idea, but it makes a real difference: helping elderly and less mobile people get back out into nature, feel the wind, see the landscape, and just enjoy!

Today is Social Prescribing Day. We met some of their members at @thebikehub.ie in Dun Laoghaire to demonstrate our trishaws and other accessible bikes. We want GPs and medics to prescribe free spins on these bikes. Free to book at www.theBikeHub.ie. Trained volunteer pilots will pedal!
