We owned German cars for 20 years before we got a Hyundai IONIQ 5 EV. I am so impressed with this interior. A lot of physical buttons for things like heated & cooled seats. HVAC in a dedicated control panel. Physical roller wheels on the steering wheel. No cheaping out on window switches. It's nice!

My friend just did a 1,000 mile road trip from San Diego to Portland in a non-Tesla EV, a Hyundai Ioniq 5. TLDR, he had no problems. It's time to make the switch. If you are shopping for a car, get an EV.

A few years ago we started investing in green projects at home. Solar, battery, heat pump, induction oven, EVs…Last year we cut the gas line to our house completely. Friends used to ask why we were spending our money on this stuff. Now they get it.
