AOC: I want to live in an America that guarantees healthcare to every person. I want to live in an America that has a living wage for every person I want to live in an America where you have free speech to express yourself and not be afraid of being put on a list or deported.

We need to start sharing more of our *imperfect* moments on social media. I watch a lot of content to learn and often feel a bit inferior to other people’s perfect work. Show me the times it didn’t go well. Let me see how you worked through the tough times. Life is a struggle. Let’s embrace it.

My wife and I talk about this quite often. What do we do? Call people “in charge”? Buy guns and prepare for the next civil war? Protest and potentially lose our jobs for not being at work and put our income at risk? The feeling of powerlessness is quite overwhelming when your vote fails.

Another Monday in the USA starting with our “leader” posting some more shit he won’t have to answer to. The people in power positions are just gonna roll over and do nothing again.

The biggest problem with protests and marches about anything happening in our government right now is that the “head” guy really doesn’t give two shits about any of us. He probably just sits back and laughs rather than feeling anything at all. Or worse. Wants to write up some EO that it’s illegal.

Probably my least favorite thing about social media is trying to get a gauge of people’s reactions to things happening in the world but when you go into the comments it’s all just a bunch of meme content and snarky remarks. No real discussion. Sad really.

I hate when you finish a game (or in this case two, Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West) and you get option paralysis on what to play next. Thinking of playing through all the “new” Tomb Raider games next. But also, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag is calling my name too. Choices choices…
