Morning! Honestly didn’t realise how much giving blood yesterday would drain me! Other than eat, watch F1 and F1 Academy I slept through all yesterday. Gonna rest more today. An interesting thing is that a nurse said that you burn 600 calories when you give blood. One to remember next time.

Morning! It’s been a bit of a week and I haven’t managed any exercise again! So I’ve used the busy adjustment in Runna and extended out my plan by a couple of extra week. I should be resting today and tomorrow anyway because I’m giving blood today. #training #running

I’m going to start by saying AI is an incredibly useful tool. In Digital Forensics, automated tooling increases productivity where time is short. But they would need to verify the findings these tools produce if used as evidence. We need to do more of that with AI in software.

When asked who was the last prime minister to be both elected into and voted out of office in the England and Wales, AI replied Margaret Thatcher with strict reasoning of each PM prior to explain why they were not suitable. However when asked who replaced Margaret Thatcher as PM the reply was John Major. Previously the AI had said Margaret Thatcher was voted out and succeeded by Tony Blair in 1997When stated that if John Major replaced Margaret Thatcher then that cannot be the right answer the AI agrees and instead offers John Major to be the last PM for this to happen to, despite John Major being PM for two years before people voted him in. After some deliberation we find that Edward Heath is the last PM.

Ever wanted to do something nice by cooking a 3 course meal for your partner or friend but aren’t sure on where to start? All of this came to just over a tenner in Aldi (not an ad just where I bought it), strawberries from M&S. It only takes a max of 10 mins per course to cook.
