While higher in poverty related deaths, the much higher infant mortality rates, particularly in Black communities in the South (from the well documented horrors Black women face in a hospital), are the biggest driver in lowered life expectancy in most of these States.

Pedicures include some lower leg Podiatrists would say no. I, as a competitive runner across 4 decades, with a 'tistic special interest in human anatomy, would say no. Leg is ass to ankle. Feet are their own thing, no more leg than torso is leg.
