guh, i miss yoshiden. it such an odd denji relationship in their series. the uncomfortableness and distance with a flicker of connection through artificial means…
what really stands out to me is the background. before it was entirely nondescript to the point of fading into denji himself and now is striking recognizable as an entire city around him. It’s a great way of showing that this new denji is far more a part of the world and society around him.
