I'm convinced whoever is responsible for Microsoft Teams has never tried communicating with another person online outside of email... And certainly not working with more than 1 organisation at a time...

And this is what we've come to - a font that's human-readable but not exactly relaxing to read. But that currently defeats AI... I guess it's handy for secret personal messages (which you shouldn't be putting online anyway - assume all online content is public, always) www.mixfont.com/ghost-font

Ghost Font: The Anti-AI Font Only Humans Can Read

An anti-AI font that can be read by humans but not leading AI models. Type your text below, then download and share the video clip containing your message.

Seen a couple of posts today that have really annoyed me about AI/Marketing. Not because the actual information is wrong, but the headlines are so misleading and are guaranteed to be taken the wrong way, negatively impacting people. Is everyone going full 'tabloid' to get attention now?

Interesting fact ahead of the match tonight - football was introduced to Argentina by Isaac Newell, from my hometown of Strood. And a certain Lionel Messi started out playing for Newell's Old Boys club... Hopefully that won't come back to bite us tonight.

The thing that hit me most about the MCR gig at Wembley was the sense of belonging and coming together shared by most of the 80,000 or so people there. People dressing how they wanted, sharing their music passion, and finding their tribe. Not automated, scheduled, 'reversion to the mean' AI

Just about recovered from watching My Chemical Romance at Wembley on Saturday. An amazing show, a wonderful chance to take my son to his first stadium concert, and a great crowd and atmosphere all day.

Here's what the landlord lobby don't want you to know: If rents went down by 20%, renters would save £2400 a year. The government would save £2 billion a year. And landlords would still make 4.5 times as much profit as the average business.

Polanski welcomes report showing "scare stories" about rent controls false and how they could slash poverty and save government billions

My first, and main, memory of Ann Widdecombe was her campaign to get Garbage Pail Kids banned in the late 1980s... Primary school me was not impressed. And was very much correct in his opinion.

A lot of people are sharing some articles complaining about 20mph limits. And while it's inconveniently right at the top of 2nd gear/too low for 3rd, it's hardly difficult, especially around schools and built up areas... But there's also an easy solution for boy racers - more cheap track days...

Well, I was doing a reasonable job of working, looking after the house and caring for someone post-op... So as a reward I now have a massive horsefly bite on my leg... No good deed and all that.

Out of soft drinks 24 hours before our official shopping day... Currently trying to work out the best time to nip to the shop without melting en route...

There's strong correlation between my increased AI usage, and spending my downtime watching/reading about people tinkering with old cars/bikes, house/garage restorations, photography etc...

Imagine if Excel or Word launched now for the first time - social networks would be packed with Excel-hype bros promoting their courses on pivot tables and every ad on Youtube would be a SAAS promising amazing spreadsheet integrations...

I use AI a fair bit for work. It's helpful a reasonable amount of the time. When I'm not working, it'd be nice to hop onto social media without endlessly hearing about it, or having every Youtube ad pushing the same AI tools multiple times in every video.

As someone who loves history and motorsport, one of the best things about sim racing is being able to drive projects like this - getting a bit of the experience of driving a pre-war car around a vintage track adds so much to reading about the drivers and teams of those eras...

For anyone dealing with multiple clients, I wonder if the increased capacity due to AI is offset by the cognitive problem of constantly switching between them...

Now that we've sorted getting under-16s off social media can we tackle the other major problem? Where's the ban for middle-aged people talking nonsense about how they battled into school whatever the weather, how they were tougher in their day, we had hot days back then, everything was better etc?
